A great classic Wisconsin bratwurst! We make this brat with Pabst Blue Ribbon beer which has its roots in Wisconsin! It provides a great flavor that is sure to be a crowd-pleaser.  Ingredients: Pork, beer, water, salt, corn syrup solids, spices, monosodium glutamate.
